We ship by UPS courier, which guarantees fast, ensured delivery.
UPS delivery takes usually 1 - 2 days, up to 6 working days depending on your region within Europe, exceptions excluded. Shipments outside Europe can take longer, depending on your local customs and region.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and weight. It can be easily calculated by using our shipping quote option, when you are in your basket.
Clutch4You B.V. offers various payment options, depending on specific countries.

- Credit card (VISA/Mastercard)
- Paypal
- AfterPay (Only available in The Netherlands & Belgium)
- Bancontact/Mister Cash (Only available in Belgium)
- Cash on delivery (Only available in The Netherlands & Belgium)
- Cash payment (Only available when you pick up parts at our warehouse in The Netherlands)

All payments done to Clutch4You B.V. must include order and/or invoice numbers in order for quick processing of your payment.
* International bank transfers can take several working days, depending on your bank and country.
We will update you on any status changes for your order via email.

If you are unhappy with a product you have ordered, you can return the product for a refund.
If we have accidentally shipped the incorrect product to you a full refund, including shipping costs, will be made.
Only complete and unused products will be refunded. Please return the complete product in its original packaging.
Returning your product for a refund
- Step 1: Please contact us and state your order number with the intent to return the goods for a refund.
- Step 2: A member of customer service will supply you with a return number and all other details.
- Step 3a: After we have received your return a refund will be made within 5 days.
- Step 3b: If we have shipped out the wrong product a full refund of all shipping cost will be made and the correct product will be shipped for free.
- Step 3c: If a product is not complete or has clear signs of damage a refund will not be made.
Conditions and terms
- The full price of the product you return will be refunded.
- Shipping cost, to or from you, will not be refunded unless we have shipped the wrong item to you.
- Creditcard or other bank charges may apply to refunds.
- When returning items, please make sure they are unused, complete and properly packaged.
- A refund will only be made if a claim is made within 30 days after shipping and the product is returned within 60 days.
- In case of shipping errors/damage, a refund will only be made if a claim is made within 15 days after shipping and the product is returned within 60 days.
- Clutch4You B.V. reserves the right to exclude customers from a refund if fraud is suspected.
- Clutch4You B.V. reserves the right to charge a bank transfer fee.
Details
The warranty is granted by the manufacturer of the products. Clutch4You B.V. is the contact partner for warranty matters between manufacturer and customer.
All Clutch4You B.V. products come with a minimum manufacturer warranty period of 1 year from purchase.
ACT reserves the right to examine any part returned for warranty claim to determine, to ACT’s satisfaction, whether the material or workmanship of the part does not conform to this limited warranty. ACT’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing, or crediting, at its option, any part which is deemed covered by ACT. No labor, lift or storage charges will be reimbursed for any reason. Damage to ACT’s parts resulting from misuse, improper use, or abuse shall void this limited warranty. Failure to follow ACT’s installation instructions and the vehicle manufacturer’s installation procedures and specifications shall void this limited warranty.
Receiving a new product is easy
- Step 1: Contact customer support and explain your problem.
- Step 2: Customer support will supply you the instructions and can ask for photo's.
- Step 3: After approval we will sent a replacement product.
